I am 49 years young, I live on my own at present but would like to rent out my spare room. I work from home but in and out during the day.I have two boys who I have alternate weekends and school pickup two days during the week where they stay until around 7pm and I then drop them back to their mother.I am very easy going, clean and tidy and would expect the same from a flatmate.
