Triple room for rent in Auckland - 2015-02-02 in Mt Eden, Auckland for sale

Hi, I am a friendly NZ professional with two homestay rooms to rent. The suburb is Mount Eden where there is a bus stop right outside the door, 10-20 mins drive to the city, universities etc. Both of the rooms are large&furnished. Room with balcony is $250 p/w&the other one $200 both fully furnished. One could be your bedroom&one lounge for only $400 p/w (plus costs). The rooms are freshly decorated, very airy with windows to open, outside access&one of them also has its own balcony leading down into the back yard. There is a bathroom on this level where the shower is shared but separate toilet elsewhere. I am away a lot&have a friendly dog (who loves people) who I would love if you were able to mind him while I was away, not always but sometimes. ( I would pay for his food) Could suit a couple or two people where one of the rooms (one with balcony) could be your lounge&the other your bedroom. Shared kitchen, bathroom facilities, your room/s is also your lounge as no communal lounge. Cheap rent for this central area.where you would have the house to yourself some of the time.
