Independent but socially able, easy-going Flatmate required for a homely clean, tidy, established house in Balmoral.Close to Balmoral shops, Mall, great bus routes,supermarkets etc. The room is small but cosy&it's very sunny&warm - The room is also the home to our 2nd fridge which we seldom ever use - The fridge can switch-on-&-off at night sometimes (just a soft humming sound for a few minutes),but this sound could be disturbing for a light sleeper, so room would suit a heavy sleeper.Due to the size of the room - it'd suit someone who has a small amount of personal items (Suitcases basically), as the house has no additional or available storage spaces.The bedroom additionally has an average sized built-in wardrobe with a shelf inside it - Plus there is also an additional shelf unit in the room too.Room comes with a large clean sized single bed, plus clean blankets, sheets,&towels&pillows.A small desk for a computer&desk chair, plus bedside table.The room will be available from the from around the 25th of June 2014.In your reply mail - Please tell us your age, your occupation,&a quick blurb about yourself - Please email sales (at) whyrecords (dot com) for more info's.We are currently 2 females,&2 Males.
